I like the look of this as a piece of jewelry, but I purchased it because of what it promises. A mindful/intentional way to alleviate stress and focus ones breath. I have worn it several times and gotten compliments. But, that was not my main motivation for getting it. I have enjoyed using it to self sooth. I tend to use it, especially before bed and then take it off as I take off my other jewelry before I go to sleep. It’s a nice ritual. I have been pleased with it and enjoy wearing and using it.

The necklace is a very nice quality.The bonus braclet isbeautiful and also nice quality. The packaging makes this a very nice gift!I use the necklace when I need to regainfocus. I followed the instructions for breathing and was surprised how it help me focus. Definitely recommend!

I have to say, this product, is SO worth it! I have been trying to quit for almost 2-3 years (on and off).I could not seem to control my withdrawal impulse buys, just to take one puff and throw those stupid vapes away.Having an addictive personality myself, this neckless does WONDERS. It gives the same sensation, as hitting a vape, but without the coughing, score throat, and damaging your insides.Do yourself a favor, quit vaping while you can and GET this product! I inhale nothing but air at a slow speed and still imagine I’m blowing out the negative energy (smoke). The bracelet is a wonderful bonus.If you have trouble trying to quit vaping, this necklace is for you!

I’ve suffered with anxiety since I was a small child. When I saw this item, I was very interested in giving it a try. When I received it I was very impressed by the presentation. It’s packaged in a beautiful box which contains a lovely pouch that also contained a beautiful gold necklace, with the breathing whistle engraved with what appeared to be a lotus blossom. It had an attractive gold finish. It also had a lovely little, semi precious amethyst bead bracelet, which accompanied it. I have used every method availed to me throughout my 60+ years to control my anxiety. I will not use medication‘s any longer abandoned them sometime ago. I find the Mandela breathing exercise provided on the Apple Watch to be very effective so this could also work. I hate to be so harsh, but I absolutely do not understand it’s efficacy at all. I apparently lack this Zen. I have approached it through all avenues to no avail. Aside from a few mistaking it for a dog whistle around my neck, I have found it to be about as useful to me. Good luck to those who find it effective. I cannot personally recommend it.

SOME FACTS/DETAILS WITH COMMENTS:Upon receiving this, I noticed how well it was packaged, sitting inside a nice, easy to open, black box with the necklace nestled inside a light gray, thin, suede pouch, with small pocket holding the necklace. In the pouch there are also instructions for the necklace. The pouch is a good way to protect the necklace and carry it with you if you prefer not to wear it. The pouch and instructions have the word, “Alivio” on them. There is also a bracelet in the box with a card giving an explanation of what the stones are and mean.THE NECKLACE:The necklace chain is approximately 27” (68.58cm) outstretched, and 13.5” (34.29cm) when closed with the lobster clasp. The hinge attached to the necklace allows for some freedom of movement. The necklace itself is a brushed silver metal. It’s basically a 2mm thick tube with a 4mm wide hole, with a portion cut off on a diagonal at the end. Mine did not come with the lotus flower etched into it. I’m disappointed by that.THE BRACELET:The bracelet is made of a very thin, waxy, twisted, black rope, with 5 beads on the main section and two clear beads on the ends. It’s tied in a way that lets you expand the circumference the bracelet by sliding the knotted piece in the back. There is one Labradorite bead in the center, two Amethyst beads on both sides of that, and two smaller Blue Sodalite beads on the ends of those. One of the Blue Sodalite beads looks black - this is disappointing as well. These beads are knotted in place on the bracelet.NECKLACE USE:The instructions basically say to slowly inhale enough to feel the air in your belly, then exhale for 10 seconds through the necklace without blowing, and repeat at least 5 times. I tried this and it did indeed help to calm my anxiety. I know that taking slow deep breaths helps with anxiety (and also aids in falling asleep!), and this necklace is a great aid in doing so. Before use, I cleaned it with alcohol, which did not affect the metal at all.FINAL THOUGHTS:I think that this would make a great gift for anyone who suffers with anxiety. I’m not happy that my necklace didn’t have the etched lotus flower. I really liked that aspect of it in the photos. It’s nice that they include a bracelet, but I wish that both of the end beads were matching in blue color. One problem I can see with this necklace is with sterility. Since you put your mouth on it, it can harbor germs, which can also be picked up easily if the necklace is placed in public areas, or even just around the home. I wish it came with a cap of some sort to help with this problem. Overall, I think the necklace is crafted really well and looks great, even simply as a necklace pendant.

Buy it! I wear it every day now out of habit, even if I don’t use it. It’s a part of my person now. You’ll love it!
