Mixes 80# bags like a champ
I’ve ran 210 80# bags through this machine easily mixes 3 at a time for the price it’s absolutely amazing. Yes the instructions are lacking but most are these days if you have any mechanical ability whatsoever it’s not difficult took me 30 minutes and has saved me hours of time and days of a sore back

Beyond My Expectations
Beyond My Expectations. Tricky to assemble;; should have two folks to put together. I used it and it is flawless, quiet easy to use. The hardest part to get right was the brake and I had to jerry rig the parts. Having electric tools would save time, and lots of wrenches of different types, big screwdrivers. Hammer. And socket wrench set ready to go...I used three different sizes of wrench handles. Cannot go wrong. Get the one with the wheel vs the handle for tilting.

This product saved me money on work a contractor tried to rob me on.
The media could not be loaded. There was nothing to dislike about this product. It did everything I needed to do, and I will use it again and again and again.

Broke on first use
The media could not be loaded. This machine broke the first time I used it. It only had 1 bag of concrete (80 pound) in it, and it’s broken on the inside of the motor so it can’t be easily repaired. To answer the obvious: I did assemble it correctly, the drum spun fine before I put a single bag of concrete in, it just audibly broke when it had to start mixing for the first time. This is the result of poor quality, not user error. I tried to return it, and they wanted me to pay for shipping, which is more than the cost of the machine. Terrible customer service, they either don’t understand (or more likely, don’t care) that this is not a practical item to disassemble and return, and there is no customer benefit to returning it since it would cost hundreds of dollars in shipping, which would make any refund more costly than just eating the loss. They should have just refunded my money, but they wouldn’t even accept my video proof that it was defective. The video is attached to this review. I bought a cheaper model from Home Depot and have been thrilled with it. Don’t buy this, it’s a trap!

Leaks
The screws that hold the mixing arms inside leak. They should come with a rubber washer. 4 screws all together. The instructions to put it together are horrible. Good luck trying to put it together. It took me about an 1 hour and 40 minutes to put together. And do I grease the exposed gears or lubricate them with oil? Anyone?
