The water filter produces clean, crisp water at a very good PH level (10). I used to buy Kangen Water from a local supplier, now with my own OXA filter I have access to the health enhancing benefits of alkaline water quickly and easily at a very reasonable price.Many Thanks.

Good water filter jug, the quality seems on point and the colour is nice and vibrant, it takes a good amount of water and the taste is very good.Couple of negative point or better, things to improve will be:1) the ease of filling with water, as you have to remove the whole top cover and only can do it sticking your fingers on the faucet.2) the tank does not cover the whole jug, so when filled with water the flow is quite poor and you have to keep tilting the jug.It's not a deal breaker for me but definitely could be improved.

I don't think I have ever written a product review but I was so impressed with the OXA smart water filter - I just had to. Difficult to describe just how different the water tastes- it just becomes more drinkable! I am a kinesiologist so hydration is really important for me and something I am constantly asking clients to be vigilant about. I still have to remind myself because previously I haven't liked drinking water very much- now I will look forward to my next glass. Attractive design, easy to fit filter and will go in the dishwasher! Fast delivery as well.

Works as suggested. More alkaline by almost 2 points. Actual size given is very misleading. I have measured the capacity to be 1 litre. This then filters through and fills the jug.The only point that keeps getting repeated is that it is difficult to take the lid off. How amazingly stupid must you be to ignore your customers.If you use your nails to pry it, they will break. Be warned.The lid has come close to breaking a few times. When it breaks I will not buy another one from you. I will find a different manufacturer.It makes me wonder how many customers you have lost because you won’t fix the problem.

I've had this for over a month and am not happy with the way it pours, I have to fill water bottles or dog bowls over the sink as otherwise the jug leaves a big wet patch on the floor. It also only holds 2.5 litres without the filtering jug so you're only looking to filter just over a litre at a time. I just missed the one month return period as have just went back to college so time has flied. I'm now considering passing this on to someone else and buying a different make of jug. The taste however as excellent. I'm just not pleased with this jug's performance. Hope I can return it.

I purchased this because Ive read that Alkaline water is good for health . then I happen to attend a demo about alkaline water system which is very good but very expensive . i compared their alkaline level by using a ph tester and it appears that this product has more alkaline contentI was very delighted knowing the price comparisonDefinitely a good buy if you are looking for a good product

I have recently transitioned into an Alkaline based diet and normally drink a lot of water, so needed an Alkaline Water Filter Jug. I always had a Brita, so at first, I was unfamiliar with how you screw on the filter and easily open the top to fill with water, which I find Brita does it easier, hence I rated it 4/5 stars, but with that said, the taste is amazing, the cartridges last double the time compared to Brita and once you get used to opening the jug, it is pretty simple. Love it.
