To start off, I will list the Pros and Cons of the device and app. I will give my thoughts and opinions as I list each point.Pros:1. The size and construction are nice. It is plastic, but it’s sturdy and solid. The watchband is soft, flexible and comfortable. There is also plenty of adjustment on the band for various wrist sizes. It also appears that the watchband can be changed for a different band if you wanted. It seems to be about 19mm lug width so that is a weird size.2. The touchscreen is also nice. I haven’t noticed any big scratches on the screen, so it seems durable. I also like the brightness and the look of the letters and numbers is also great.3. The actual operating system/software is very nice. I did not expect how nice it was. From being able to customize your watch face (which is many options) and also customize what information is available right on the watch. Having the ability to choose is great.4. All of the options available. Like I said before, there are plenty of watch faces to choose from as well as exercising, BPM, Oxygen level, and many other options. I was really caught off guard by all the options. I also really like how you are notified and given badges when you reach a goal (they are preset but can be changed, which is a plus). The one I use most is the weather and sleep function. I do like the specific breakdown of my sleep cycle. All other options are great as well. It’s always good to have them and not need them, than needing them and not having them.5. The sound quality of the phone calls using the watch again surprised me. The call quality was clear and very good. The person on the other end also said I sounded clear and with good quality. It is definitely a big plus.6. I also do like the find my phone feature. Just in case I misplace it. The selfie mode is also great for hands-free photos. I can also have it play my music and adjust the volume, skip forward or back, and of course pause and play.7. There are plenty of adjustable settings. Everything can be adjusted or changed. There are definitely plenty of option to customize your watch.8. I did try the Alexa option for about a day (used a friend’s devices) and it seems to work well.9. The app is nice and simple. It provides everything you want to see when you open it and you can get more into detail if you’d like. I also like the device page where it shows the watch face market and also the settings you have on the actual watch.10. The GPS and Bluetooth connections never gave me any problems. Just be sure not to step away too far from your cell phone or it’ll disconnect. I do like that it reconnects automatically once in range again.11. As soon as I received it, there was an update available for the watch software. It was very easy and simple to update and also connect the watch to my phone.12. The battery life is outstanding! The first full charge went from 100 to 10% in about a day and a half. After that, I've gone over 3 days on a single charge. I know that sounds crazy but it's true. Now, I don't get many notifications as I am not a heavy phone user. I do believe that even if you are a heavy user, you'll get over a day of charge, possibly close to 2 days.Cons:I really don’t have any cons. For the price of the device, it does everything good enough. There are many features and options so I believe the information isn’t exactly specific to the last minor detail, but is accurate enough for the regular person.So what follows is a list of things I believe can be improved.1. Now this is only a suggestion. I do like the overall construction of the watch. I do think maybe a different model with an aluminum alloy frame would be nice. I think it would make it sturdier for more active people. I wouldn’t change the watchband though.2. The button on the side looks like it is cheap. It functions with no problem, but it does wiggle some. I would just make it look different, make it a little shorter and eliminate most of the wiggle.3. The scrolling can be a little “choppy” but is perfectly fine. It’s easy to get used to.4. Now one of my favorite features was the sleep analysis. I like looking at all the details. I did however notice some days, the time it recorded as being when sleep started was incorrect. Only happened a few times but it would be nice for that not to happen.5. The watch screen has a little delay when I pick up my arm to look at the time. I wish it was a little faster. I use regular watches on a daily basis, so I’m used to having the time available as soon as I glance at it.6. Finally the app. It works just fine. It’s simple which is good. I did an update for the app on the second day I had it. Now, I had not setup my watch to automatically sync on its own. So when I opened the app and logged in after the update, I lost the information from the previous night. I would suggest maybe in the manual that automatic sync is highly recommended. Also maybe backup options for the app to backup information locally before installing an app update.So these are my thoughts and opinion about the IDW15 Smart Watch by TMHAI. I have only used a smart watch a couple times before, but this one was very nice. From the looks and feel, to all the features it has. It’s honestly packed with them. For the price, this is a very good watch. If I was asked to recommend an affordable smart watch with plenty of features, it would be this one. Very nice watch and an even better price.

This is a great watch - remarkably easy to set up and use, with a lot of features. For the price, it really can't be beat.Positives:- Very easy set-up. Literally, just had to charge it, download app on my phone, and sync them. It was ready to go with no problems at all.- Lots of features - from sleep tracking to heart rate to exercise tracking and more. Actually probably more than I need or might use - but I'm loving the possibilities.- I love that the watch face had options, and with just a quick download in the app it automatically changed the watch face.- Notifications can be silenced - not just by manually doing so but also with set times to put in do not disturb (such as 10pm-7am).- Notifications aren't obnoxious. The vibrate is clearly felt without being distracting or noticeable by others.- The watch face doesn't constantly turn on. It does - obviously - but not constantly like some watches I've had, which is distracting when watching movies or in dark settings (like sleeping).- Sleep tracking appears to be accurate, as it definitely aligns with when I fall asleep and wake up, and seems to be accurate in knowing when I've had bad sleep (I can feel it - and am not surprised when the watch indicates it). What I really liked was it recognized that I had a lot of variability in my sleep schedule - going to bed at a wide variety of times, sleeping inconsistent hours, etc. - and offered a sleep schedule plan that actually seemed useful and backed by legitimate research evidence. Impressive.- I love that I can control my audiobook on my phone with my watch - to pause, restart, etc. So convenient.- There are great wellness management tools - from developing sleep habits (noted above) to setting running plans to run further (e.g., a 10k plan) to weight management plans.- Lots of awards/badges you can earn if you're into that sort of thing. Easy to just ignore if you don't like them - or track them and help them motivate you.- There's a place to add family members. I actually wish one of my family members had one just so we could sync up and see how that works.- Easy to answer calls and if you want to switch to your phone it's easy to do that too. Very convenient when you can't get to your phone right away.Negatives:- The screen doesn't always react right away when I go to turn it on. Sometimes I feel like I'm tapping and swiping for a while before it wakes up. While I like that it isn't overly sensitive and turning on with every movement / brush, it is sometimes annoying to not have it wake up right away.- I recorded my weight in pounds and it keeps showing up as kgs. Yes, I can do math and convert it - or just learn the metric system and be more advanced. But that seems like effort and I'd rather not.- The distance measurement when running (indoor, treadmill) is off. It says I go fewer miles than my treadmill does. I suppose my treadmill could be off, but I honestly don't think it is.Neutrals / Can't judge:- It's neat that it gives calories burned but I can't tell if that is accurate or not. I can't see how it would be given different factors that would impact that, but at the very least it's helpful to see the estimate to gauge activity levels.- My stress indicator seems to suggest I'm always relaxed almost all of the time. In fact, I've only ever barely reached a medium level one time since I've had this. I'm not quite sure that's accurate considering I wore it while public speaking, had it on when I realized it was the anniversary of my mom's death, and have worn it running. The jury is still out.- I have not connected it to Alexa - but it's possible. Not sure I'll enable that.The watch band is comfortable and hasn't irritated my skin like some watch bands do (especially when working out), but it's also not the most stylish. I don't mind it at all on a regular basis but I won't be wearing it when I'm dressed up and my wrist would show.Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I'd recommend this watch to others. A good watch, especially for the price.
