If you have the titled Sound Bar and looking for a new remote stop here. Short answer: Despite this not being the exact remote This is the perfect replacement, no set up needed, will work right our of the package.Long answer: Seldom do I write reviews but this time I felt after finding myself lost figuring out the best course of action to replace the original remote this was necessary for other Omni Polk owners. The original remote went whacky after 2 years of use. The volume button wore down to the point of having a hole and the Opt 1 button stopped it's original function and became the volume up button...as well as the Opt 2. Additionally, the IR light wouldn't shut off so if I pressed the Opt 1 once to volume up the volume would max out on its own...then I'd have to get up walk over to the sound bar to lower it.So, after researching the original instruction booklets and owners manual (online) I couldn't locate a remote part number or an exact replacement any where online, save yourself the time in doing the research, you wont find it. I spent considerable amount of time in doing so. Obviously this is not the exact same remote hence my reluctance to purchase this product. I even tried to program my tv remote for the Omni Polk sound bar, but you need a working functional Omni Polk remote to program another remote (I got the volume down to work on the tv remote, but no such luck for the volume up) so that was pointless. I made the leap against better judgement and it worked out perfect. Have at it.

I ordered this replacement remote control as one of the buttons on the original remote that came with my Polk Home Theater System stopped working after about 6 months. Very sturdy and works well so far. I highly recommend!

My parents have an older Polk soundbar, which they love, but the remote stopped working on that a long time ago. I couldn't find a replacement remote that looked like their existing one (much simpler than this), but this one worked right out of the box! Sorry I don't know the model numbers (that was part of the problem, since I don't live by my parents), but figured it was worth a try for the price.
