My absolute favorite gummies. I have problems with going regularly & this has helped regulate my situation. I’ve tried other pre probiotics in the past that made me go way too much & others that had awful smell/taste & made me nauseous if taking on empty stomach. These don’t make me nauseous & Tastes delicious so I look forward to eating them. I also love gollies adhwagonda gummies. My fiance started taking them as well so we are now flying through bottles so if I see a sale I’ll be stocking up.. that’s my only issue is they can be pricey depending where you get them. Looking forward to trying other gollie products in future!

10/10 to recommend if you have belly problems. After I had my child, my gi tract did not work the way it had prior to her. Given that, i added GOLI gummies to my regimen to try out, and they were nothing but effective. no side effects experience, and easy to digest. Definitely worth the money

These are a game changer! They help so much for me as someone with a history of constipation. I go much more easily when taking them. 🥳 I first found them at a discount store but had better deals on here getting them in bulk. It is a bit pricey for my budget but it is so worth the discomfort it has saved me from. 🧡 And they do taste good (imo)! It is a bit of sugar but… Still worth it. If they made a sugar free version for the same price I would absolutely replace with that.
