Such a shame...
First one arrived and it looked like something from Wish - reindeer were thrown in it seems, windows glued wonky etc, but even more disappointing was that nothing movedAmazon were very quick to replace and what followed was one in pieces and again, not rotating.Really want one, but just seems these are not built to last 5 minutes sadly

Beautiful but.....
Beautiful and well packaged but unfortunately all of the glue used had disintegrated so the sleigh, tree and gifts on the base were all loose, there was a loose connection with one of the lights and the main structure arrived in 2 separate pieces - although I could see where it has been glued together.Stunning piece, and the first one I have ever purchased, just a shame it needed quite a bit of TLC before it could be used

Poor quality manufacture
Product arrived in 4 sections due to manufacturing adhesive having failed!!I glued it all back together as insufficient time to obtain replacement before Xmas.Very poor quality for the price but very good concept.

Nice when it worked
Had it for two weeks then just stopped working. Shame as it looked good when it worked but had to return for a refund

Consistent failure
Broke within 2 days returned... previous versions of this same object stopped working in weeks so must be a fault in the design
