This is very cool. It goes on, and it smells like hand sanitizer, but when it dries it dries like chalkboard chalk. very good to use with gymnastics rings.

As a powerlifter and strongman athlete, I have used a bunch of different chalk products. This one is hands down my favorite. Lasts a while and the grip is amazing. Feel like Spiderman with this on my hand. Breaking personal bests with strapless deadlifts and dead hangs every session. Best of all, no chalk mess. Highly recommend.

This Gradient Fitness Liquid Chalk is GREAT!!! So much cleaner than powder that gets on everything and everywhere. The liquid chalk feels natural on my hands with just a few drops that last my entire workout. Also don’t have to worry about leaving a mess for the next person that’s gonna use the same area.

This was a quick purchase based on reviews and it does work for chalk grip, but the overall grip and longitivtiy of the formula they use is a bit weak. I bought the big refill bottle, so I’ll be using this for a awhile but compared to another one I bought prior, I have to reapply 3-4 times more during a full lift in an indoor environment. Outdoor even more. Good thing is a little goes a long way!
