Basic SensePlain Pure Natural Silk Light Weight Fine Soft Skin Scarf

The product is made well, and of beautiful silk. But I did expect it to be a little larger and the colour was darker than the picture indicated. I decided to return it,folded as it was when it arrived, and in the same packaging it had arrived in, but discovered that this product cannot be returned! I am most unhappy about this, as the only options - according to an Amazon information page I found after receiving the item - are to sell it, or to exchange it. I don't want to do either but would like my money back. This was not made clear when I purchased it and I would not have bought it if I had known it cannot be returned. So don't buy this product unless you are absolutely certain that you want it. Not being able to return it is really not acceptable!

I like the scarf, the silk is soft, light and gives a nice warmth around your neck. The only thing I didn’t like was the sewn on label. Getting that off,even being very careful, damages the weave. I had to remove it as a white label stuck on a navy scarf looked daft. Hence the three stars. I would rather have had the cleaning info on a separate card. I personally was looking for a small scarf to tuck inside a collar on a chilly day so the size was perfect for me. It’s smaller than all my other scarves so be careful the size suits your needs.

Yes, the material is thin, or fine if you prefer, and quite delicate - but this scarf was just what I wanted. I bought the cream colour and it is so useful and versatile. It's pure silk, made in India. The edges of the one I bought are overcast properly, i.e. no fraying, and the ends of the thread are tied off as they should be. In my opinion it is worth approximately £8.00 including postage. Having said this, I bought it to use as a neck scarf, not as a head scarf.

I ordered a red silk scarf to tie round my neck as a cravat. When I first realised how light in weight this scarf was, I thought I had made a mistake. But, after wearing it for several days, I am really most pleased with it, and consider it to be excellent value for money. The object was to keep my neck warm and to look good, and this scarf scores 100 percent on both counts. Really well done

Lovely colour and excellent quality for the price. Would have given five stars but was annoyed to be charged for two lots of postage and packing because I ordered two scarves of different colours, although they both came in the same envelope!

This is a lovely scarf which I have just bought for the second time, having lost the first, which I bought three years ago. The quality is the same, but alas the colour is not. They were both described as navy, but the new one I have received just about qualifies as that: it is a little too bright to be accurately described as such. I am keeping the scarf because it is a good size and very soft.

This is the second time I have ordered this scarf and this time in the blue and red!!!!! They are a good length for wrapping and very well made with lovely true bright colours.I actually use them to wrap around my head when I sleep for my hair and am very sensitive to most materials and these are perfect. I would recommend them anytime, super soft, brightly coloured and of course silk!!!! I now have my eye on another shade!!

I first thought that the silk was a little thin. However, it is amazingly warm round my neck and I am really pleased with this purchase. Wonderful value for money and it is well made. I use it when I am wearing a dark coloured coat as it 'lifts' the colour on my neck. Super.
