I for one love the design! perfectly straight. The base is balanced and the metal has a coating on it that makes it soft to the touch and it’s waterproof. The glass containers are on the thicker side without being too heavy. The extra labels and cute wood cut out ones with the yarn make it very natural looking. Because of that, people were asking me how long it took me to brew the tea 😂I threw away the instructions unknowingly. So I had to go with my gut. I made sure that the spouts were screwed in tight but not too much because of the rubber gasket. As in all rubber gaskets if you tighten too hard you’ll create a crease or gap. The top lid does a great job to close securely and the fruit dispensers at the center wee amazing with enough holes to really release the flavor. To wrap it up this is all about the balance. Great product at a great price! I have been buying products in Amazon since 2010 and this was a worthy purchase for my first and only review

It's a good quality product. It comes with tags, labels and chalk pen which works great. It's perfect for any cold beverage. It's a gallon size tank and perfect for small parties. It does not leak when tightened properly.

We bought 2x of these to use at an event. We assembled them the day prior and tested them then, and they were fine testing briefly with water--but the day of they began leaking. Like, a lot, not a little... we would have had to have an actual bowl underneath to catch the drips, not just a towel. When my coworker tried to tighten the fittings more to stop them from leaking the glass splintered off and injured her. They were unusable and we had to scrounge for a backup plan for our event. Not a good buy.

It leaks due to the Silicone Gasket is a bit TOO LONG for the nut to screw together with the bolt of the Spigot, NO matter how tight without BREAKING JARS.The set is nice also for price, however, Rack Jars sit up on needs rubber feet/shoes/bottoms to prevent Rack from sliding too easily on a smooth surface to the FLOOR resulting in a damaged mess.I MIGHT return this if I cannot find a perfect NON-LEAKING GASKET & SPIGOTS for this.I have 2 other Jars 1.5-Gallon & 3-Gallons I purchased from Target and the Spigots never failed so far after nearly 5 years of owning.-<-Update->-I don't need to return.I purchased Stainless Steel Spigots the silicone sealing washers WORKS PERFECTLY. I recently purchased the 1 Gallon Glass Drink Dispenser with Stand and was excited to use it for my party. However, I encountered some issues due to misleading instructions that came with the product.Firstly, the box did not include clear instructions but instead had a leaflet suggesting to twist the parts until they won't tighten anymore. Unfortunately, following this advice led to problems. When I started tightening it, I unintentionally broke the rubber gasket designed to prevent leaks. Although the dispenser remained functional, the gasket became disfigured and could still rotate, so I continued twisting it until the glass started to crack.It became evident that the provided instructions were incorrect and misleading. I must clarify that the product itself is not flawed, but the instructions should not encourage users to twist the parts excessively. Instead, I recommend a different approach. Start by gently rotating the parts until they are slightly tight and then fill the dispenser with water to test for any leaks. If there are leaks, you can give it a few more twists, but avoid overtightening.My experience taught me that overtightening can result in the rubber gasket cutting into the glass, causing cracks over time. It's crucial to find the right balance between securely sealing the dispenser and avoiding excessive pressure on the glass.Despite this issue, I want to emphasize that the dispenser itself is of good quality, and the design with the fruit infuser is a fantastic feature. With improved instructions or clearer guidelines, this product would be even better. Sadly I cannot use the dispenser or the stand at my party tomorrow and I must return it.

These were perfect for lemonade and water at a recent party. They come with blackboard tags for you to write your beverage name in chalk. Guests approved!!
