It tastes really good. It’s like a crunchy chocolate bar! I just put the powder in my mouth and chew it instead of mixing with water. It does the job, helps with bowel movement. I like how it’s convenient and I can take it around with me anywhere.

I’ve been taking enzymes from another brand that tasted like grains, which I never liked. Because I ran out of the original one, I had to quickly order one from Amazon, and OMG this tastes amazing! It’s tangy, sweet, and delicious! I never ordered my original brand which is only sold in Korea. This is already my second order, and this will be the only brand that I will use from now on :)

I really like the taste, just add a little water. Too early to tell if it works or not, but no harm so far.

In general, eating enzymes improves digestion, so I often try out various enzymes. It's just that the taste of this enzyme makes me tired of eating it consistently. I recommend more grain flavor.

In Korea, it's not even $7. So it's more than 3 times more expensive. Not sure if it's worth it.

The product tastes awful. I don't mind a little grit in these kind of supplements, but man the flavor had me trying to give these away. Eventually I just threw them out.

I decided to order these Pineapple Digestive Enzymes for several reasons. First, they are natural and come from fruit, vegetables, milk proteins, and soy. Secondly, because I have several digestive/gut health issues such as gallbladder removal(because of gallstones), IBS(bouts of diarrhea or constipation), severe heartburn/GERD/acid reflux, CKD(chronic kidney disease), lactose intolerance and diverticulitis. I am also menopausal and overweight. I like that these digestive enzymes come in powder form that you mix with 6-8oz, of water. It encourages one to drink more water instead of popping a capsule/tablet with only sips of water. It's also easier to drink an enzyme than swallow a pill for some people. I decided to use 8 oz. of water and the taste of these digestive enzymes have a light taste of pineapple. I noticed trying to stir the powder in a glass with a spoon, it didn't blend completely(leaving bits floating at the top), so I tried using a battery-operated beverage mixer. That worked the best, dissolving the digestive enzyme powder completely and giving a bit of froth as well. Although the carton and individual packages are written in Chinese, they did add a label to the back in English. There are no instructions as to when to drink these digestive enzymes but it is recommended(by doing an online search), to drink this around 10 minutes before you eat a meal. The stated dosage levels of the digestive enzymes on the carton seem to be a bit high, but your body will get rid of what it doesn't need(unless you have certain diseases). And there can be some interactions with medication(especially blood thinners), so it is best to consult your doctor in that case. As I write this review, I am finishing my first glassful, and have only noticed minor burping. For what you get in this carton(30 days worth) of many different digestive enzymes, the price can't be beaten. That is less than $1 per dosage/serving. I am sure this will become a staple for me, for better gut health. Addition: After taking this for only a few days, I noticed I had no more heartburn and it regulated my bathroom habits.
