Choose your supplier on Amazon carefully!
The bamboo tray, ceramic bowls and lids arrived in a plastic bag without any wrapping from the supplier, brand WMM. The bamboo tray was extensively scuffed and nobs on the lids loose. Other stores show a bamboo base that turns the tray and customers mention this is shipped in a company designed box. These items were absent.Fortunately, Amazon provided external packaging in a carton to prevent any transit breakages. This could have been a great gift idea.

One piece is broken
Hi, I just got my order and found out that one LID is broken, so could you please send me only that part asap? I need it really soon. I tried to replace it by clicking that option, but looks like there’s a lot problems with it which I don’t want to deal! Please get back to as soon as you can? The media could not be loaded. I like it, giving one less star because handle to hold this is not there. The box had print which shows different model with handle. I wish supplier could have sent me another one.

Missing the knobs for the lids!
It came without the knobs for the lids! Requested a replacement waiting to see if that one has the knobs for the lids
