Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had originally purchased another laundry bag for my son for college. That was highly recommended and the thing did not hold up a semester. I ended up getting this one and it is perfect. It has really nice thick outing shell and seems to hold up extremely well to him and his excessive use of the bag. I will be purchasing another one of these for my next child who is going off to college for another year.

The bag holds about two small to medium front loader loads of laundry (or possibly one large). The backpack straps are comfortable and the bag expands well for filling it up easily. It has one pocket on the outside but i have not used it. The fabric is very durable, won’t get wet and won’t fall apart. It has a weird kind of strap for closing the top for basically stuffing the bag as much as you can. I realized that the strap does not close the top completely so if it was raining, your laundry might get wet unless you put some sort of bag over it. That is its only flaw.

this has helped me tremendously as I always wait to the last minute to do my laundry... so the hamper is full, clothes on the bathroom floor, and I'm just out of fresh tshirts, plus bed sheets to wash. Everything fit in the bag. After washing and folding there's still room left in the bag. 4 loads fit in the one bag (for the laundromat crowd, that's 3 of the small machines and one medium washer). Feels durable, folds nicely and sits right by the small hamper in my bathroom.

My husband is a Lineman that travels all over. If anyone has ever worn FR clothing and uniforms, you know that fabric is heavy. I have purchased laundry bags from all retailers. Target, LL Bean, Sears, Walmart and many other places. This is the only one that has held up to 30/40 pounds of work wear, a weeks' worth of shirts, heavy denim and the trimmings, for longer than a few weeks. He slams this thing around in his truck and overstuffs it on the regular. I even throw it in the washer with his uniforms, with hot water and degreaser. It has lasted longer than any laundry bag that I have ever purchased. It has survived a beating. Degreaser, creosote, diesel, mud, sand and tar. Washes up perfectly.DO NOT DRY IT ON ANY OTHER SETTING THAN LOW. THE DIFFERENCE IN THE MATERIAL FROM THE TOP (drawstring area) AND BOTTOM (burlap type material) WILL CAUSE THE MATERIALS TO SHRINK AND RUIN YOUR BAG BY TEARING AWAY.It is better to let the bag air dry if you can. Great purchase. Will return when it fails, because they always do.
