The chair arrived ahead of the scheduled date. It was well packed and the nuts and bolts were clearly labelled. Assembly, including unpacking and laying everything out took over an hour -its fairly straightforward but time consuming. First tip: study the pictures which constitute the instructions VERY carefully and make sure that the components match the pictures. Note: in the picture enclosed, the plate that links the seat bottom to the back did not match the picture. Take the time to figure out which way around to attach the plate - hint the plate must sit flat against the back - if it doesnt you've installed it wrongly.Second tip: The bolts are screwed in with the allen key supplied. Its ok, but I have a screw driver with datachable bits, and I used the equivalent sized bit that matched the allen key supplied - more comfortable on the hand when tighting the bolts. Third hint: attach the castors to each of the five bars that bolt together to make the star-shaped mechanism on which the gas strut slots into - easier than trying to do it after the bars are fully connected. Depending on what type of floor your chair is going to sit on you may decide to not use the castors supplied - I didnt, preferring to use the rubber wheeled ones from an old office chair which is better for a wooden floor.Now to the chair itself. Seems sturdy, cant complain. Ive been using it for a few days, a few hours per day and its ok - not super comfortable, but what do you expect at this modest price. I also used it in reclining mode with the foot rest extended and it was ok. Foot rest doesnt extend long enough if you're more than 1.5m [5 feet] tall but its ok. The only irritation with it is that the locking mechanism is not in easy reach, so unless you have unusually long arms, you need to bend to the side quite a bit to get at it.The massager: I wasnt sure what to expect. I attached the USB connection to my laptop hub as the lead is not very long. Press start and I was momentarily startled as the noise it made sounded like the chair was going to take off. It has three modes all of which IMHO are gimmicks. I cant see myself using it.I did a lot of research before I finally ordered this chair - seems to me that unless you're willing to pay in excess of £500 they're all much of a muchness in quality and design so this one is ok. Time will tell how robust it is.

This item took less then 20 minutes to build,instructions were quite straight forward nice to sit on and the massage back is great for your back as well.
