I got this flat iron to replace my old baby bliss that I loved and used for many years. I have long natural hair and this version of the baby bliss flat iron was recommended to me by my hair stylist to use between appointments. I loved it at first and have only used it a handful of times (I try to use heatless curling methods as often as possible) but I went to use it yesterday and the plates no longer heat up. This is incredibly disappointing considering how expensive this iron is and only using it for not even three months.
