Very comfortable to wear 24/7 after abdominal surgery. I originally ordered a white one and quickly found that black is the better color choice. Easy to put on by myself. My first one lasted 3 months before the velcro wouldn't hold on very well. Made the mistake of washing in the machine instead of hand washing. Best to wear over cotton clothes. Very good for the cost comparison to other types. Easy to roll up, good quality, perfect fit, nice elasticity, and genuine pain relief.

The binder belt fits well. I gave one star less, since it doesn't have Velcro on both side, so the material gets roughed up as I open and closed the belt. So to avoid the fluffiness and damage to the belt, I just pull it over my head and wiggle in. I got two sizes, one for sleeping (less tight) and one for the day (more tight) so I don't have to open and close them. Haven't washed them yet.

I have problems with my cartilage and it tends to shift causing me a lot of pain, once I get it back in place I'll wrap myself in this so it keeps my back somewhat straight and pushes up so things don't overlap as much. I like that you can Velcro it pretty much anywhere for I have a very small figure, but once you take it off you can see where it's frayed; so if you place it in the wrong spot it's not gonna look so pretty. It's definitely better than having something that doesn't fully stay together because there's not enough material in the right place. Since I got the size I did, I'm confident I can let several other people that are much larger in the waist area use it as well which is a plus. Getting it on takes a bit of tucking and pulling for me, but overall not too difficult.

This belt works great! I use a waist trainer/compression belt regularly to help manage “MS hug” pain caused by nerve damage throughout my spine and abdomen. This belt is super stretchy which makes for great, customizable compression. The material is thick, yet breathable, and able to be worn underneath clothing without being too bulky. The Velcro is strong also. Definitely a helpful tool for managing my specific symptoms. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2. I received 2. The first one that I opened had a bloodstain on it and was worn from the Velcro. The second one that I opened was great.I realize that I should have/could have returned the first one, but I immediately threw it away. Scary.There was nothing wrong with the product, but someone obviously returned a used one and it was not checked and was sent out again.

Used this for postpartum recovery. No c-section but also helped keep my lower half feel more stable. Helped with swelling. May want to buy a size up but it has versatility with Velcro. Easy to use and is strong material.
