Good crimper
Worked perfectly for building all the MC4 connectors for my solar system. Comfortable to hold, crimps easily, and every crimp came out strong and secure.

Great tool
This does an excellent job of crimping. I have some arthritis and appreciate the ratchet. It still takes a bit of force.

High quality well-made crimpers.
I was a wiring harness designer for PV Powered (before they were bought up and shut down), and used a variety of crimpers; (Amphenol, ITT, TE Con., Molex) and these crimpers are just as well made. My use is for crimping MC4 connector contacts using aerospace PTFE-insulated wire to build string combiners w/fuses and blocking diodes.

works like a charm the only hard part is holding the wire in place wile you crimp i crimp a little first with the biger die and then with the middle one

Awesome tool
Have used several times now works very well would recommend this tool... on a side note I would not recommend using extra attachment on live circuits as you have to press down metal parts to disconnect from attachment after crimping. This doesn’t bother me because I don't use the attachment.
