I have been looking for the right supportive pillow for a long time. I read a lot of reviews before choosing this pillow. I have had this pillow for over a month and am very happy with it! I am a side and back sleeper and found that both sleep positions are very comfortable. There are many options for making this pillow work for you and you need to take some time to find the right edge. I am on the shorter side (5'4") and needed to use the lower of the two edges and also take out the insert. I was having trouble prior to using this pillow with the back of my head (the skull bones) becoming painful and this pillow cradles my head and is very comfortable. No more pain! I also would have problems when i slept on my side with my jaw and TMJ joint becoming painful from misalignment during sleep, but this pillow has solved that problem, too. A standard side pillowcase fits it, so you do not need to buy special pillowcases which was also a plus. There was a faint odor when I first used it, but it wasn't bad and went away within a week. I highly recommend this pillow for those with neck, shoulder and back issues.

This pillow needed more support around the center where the neck area to laying flat on the head position. I mean the picture looks good online. But after using it for 3-4 days it is not the comfortable to sleep or having a head flat on the pillow. I am a side sleeper its not too bad, it works for me. But I'm still experiencing a little pain around my shoulders, neck and arms. This pillow it is not thecomfortable to sleep on. I have received a letter from the mail saying the, thank you for purchasing this RIDOFTY Neck Pillows of Pain Relief. I am still having a sore shoulders, neck and back of my neck in the morning after using this pillow. I bought this pillow because it looks good and more supportive to sleep on. But I was wrong, it is not the comfortable. Sorry, I am being honest what my experienced after buying this pillow. I am not going to put the numbers on the letter I received. So I’ve had this pillow for about a year now, I originally bought it when my “my pillow” was causing me terrible neck and back pain. WARNING: the side of the pillow you use is extremely important. I started off on the higher side and would wake up with extreme neck and back pain. I continued to use the higher side and my problems only got worse, I thought the pillow was bad. However, after switching to the lower side it has been nothing but smooth sailing. I absolutely love it and sleep great through the night with no more neck or back pain! A few weeks ago I must have accidently switched sides because I again was waking up with excruciating pain and could not sleep through the night, but once I realized my mistake ( that I should never ever sleep on the higher side) everything was fine! I absolutely love this pillow and will never go back
