The media could not be loaded. This is a book of really cute set of 50 Christmas designs. The designs are well done with lots of Christmas elements. Some are full page designs and others are smaller designs set on the larger page. The designs are all hand-drawn by Hasby Mubarok (a new designer for me.)I found all sorts of elements which symbolize the holiday season for me. From Santa (a must have!) to Christmas trees to snowflakes (which can also be used through the winter) to to stockings and wreathes and reindeer, this book has much to offer.The designs contain detailed elements (especially the full page scenes with full backgrounds); however, I don't consider this book to have intricate or difficult to color images.I really like the top spiral binding along with the perforated pages. It does away with coloring over the “hump” of the binding. I've been told that this is a major issue for left-handed colorists, so this is a great Christmas book for anyone troubled by this issue.The one drawback I experienced was in regards to the very smooth texture of the paper of the admittedly heavyweight paper. While I got a nice amount of pigment from all of my coloring pencils, I had difficulty in trying to blend them. This was true with both wax and oil-based pencils. I will include a photo which shows that my various pencils did a light smear of color but didn't blend well.For me, this is not a problem as I will be using markers in this book. So many of my Christmas books are printed on both sides or have paper which feathers with markers, it is a rare treat to be able to use markers on this higher quality paper. As I can use my markers well with this book, I did not decrease my star rating but wanted individuals who use coloring pencils exclusively to be aware that the paper is smooth.50 Christmas Designs included in the bookThe designs are printed on one side of the pagePaper white, heavyweight, smooth to the touch and has perforated pages at the topSpiral top binding (with no binding “hump” to color around). The front and back covers are hardcover heavy posterboard.The designs do not cross over the perforations. Some designs leave elements unfinished at the edges of the page.Alcohol-based markers bleed through the page.If you use alcohol-based markers, I suggest either removing pages from the book to color or using a blotter page under your working page. I like card stock as it keeps ink from seeping through and damaging the pages below. The publishers include a page for a blotter; however, I like to change out my blotter pages frequently so a single sheet does not work for me.Water-based markers, gel pens and India ink pens do not bleed through the pageBecause the paper is very smooth, I found that it had little “tooth”. I was able to get a nice color lay down with both wax and oil based pencils but blending did not work as well.

I love these Colo It Adult Coloring Books. They have some really beautiful Christmas pages to color and your glitter pens do not bleed through. Great quality stock paper. I love that the pages are perforated so when you get your pictures done you can tear them out from the perforated edges without tearing. Make wonderful gifts for framing and giving out to family and friends.

These coloring books are excellent quality! I love the thick, one-sided pages and the fact that it is spiral bound.

I usually only buy coloring books from established artists like Millie Marotta, Johanna Basford, etc., because the quality of other coloring books can be inferior. I have run out of Christmas coloring books, though, so I found this in a top 20 list and decided to take a chance. I am really impressed. I haven’t colored any images so far, but there is a large variety of images, printed on good paper, and I really like the images, they are designs that look fun to color, like a lollipop made of peppermints and other candies. I will have to check out more books by this company!

Great product, as usual! I always scan pages before I color in case I goof it or if I want to do it again. I tore out about 3/4 of the book 1st time thru. The remaining pages simply being genre's I've not tried yet.Designs are well varied and call out to be colored. I cannot decide which one to do 1st! Paper quality is perfect, as is the norm for Color It. Nice, thick, smooth sheets that any medium will easily glide over.Color It is my baseline for quality paper and designs. I compare all books against theirs to determine if they are good enough. Still haven't found any that surpass their products.I recommend this for anyone interested in coloring books. Yes, there are others that are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Color It's books are worth every penny!

I like this book very much. However, the drawings are done with very dark lines, which makes it hard to "make it your own."Since it is not a book I will use often, being a Christmas book, I think I can give it a good recommendation.

Absolutely ❤ this Christmas ColorIt adult coloring book! I have many coloring books that are of fair quality but THESE ColorIt books are freakin' amazing! I've purchased this one and the Colors of the Ocean and love them both! Will definitely be ordering more soon. I can't get over the quality of these books! Think I'll give my other books to the children in my family and start over my collection with all ColorIt books! Thanks for making such sturdy pages along with a blotter page and all the beautiful scenes within the pages (I don't even know which one to choose first cause they're all so beautiful) and with 50 pages to keep me busy creating wonderful "works of ❤" to frame and give as gifts! And of course some to frame and hang onto my own walls! Thanks so much ColorIt for your wonderful books! They are awesome!

I am coloring with pencils, gel pens and alcohol markers in this fun adult Christmas coloring book in the middle of July in FL! I could not wait until Christmas, and the images are just to much fun to color! I may frame a few of these to sit around on an easel this Christmas. I love the typical Color it coloring books thick perforated one sided, slightly slick paper and the blotter that comes with all of the Color It books that I have. You can use any gel pen, but the Color It Gel pens and refills are really nice! These are the only adult coloring books that I have enjoyed using my alcohol markers with. I look forward to adding to the collection of 5 that I have.
