One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm. For example I squat and deadlift quite heavy. I know when I feel fatigue before and after. You definitely can tell the difference when body and mind feels sluggish. That is why I know bvits are important. I was a skeptical person and thought all was a fad. I am still skeptical of certain vitamins. Not bvits whatsoever very important for ones health. As getting older and still an active person I know I do need to supplement right with a good balanced diet for optimum performance and mental clarity. This brand is all plant based and is beneficial for my wife. It really does support her hormonal balances making her skin, eyes and hair healthy looking and glowing. This is the third in the Naturelo range of products that we are using and for good reason. I wanted a B Complex supplement that was more natural and covered the whole range of B vits.
