how many cups of milk per psckage

16.9 oz roughly or 500 ml. But you need to mix the package with a bit of sugar and some of the milk before you mix it into the other.

I would like to see a picture of the back of the package also from the dealer, so I can see the ingredients and where it's from?

Cornstarch, 16% low fat Cocoa powder, salt and aroma

Does this have gelatin or any animal derivation or its vegan?

They list ingredients as Cornstarch, cocoa (processed with alkali), dextrose, salt, artificial flavor. But let me tell you, it's absolutely awful. Cannot compare with Royal or Jello brand cook and serve chocolate pudding.

Dr oetker baking today, quark, is there a substitution for this? i don't remember having heard this in germany

There is to my knowledge no quark available (in the United States at least I never found it). It is available in Canada (I think). In Germany it is rather common and used for baking etc. The closed substitute is cream cheese.
