Alcatel 2012G-2DALDE1 OneTouch Single SIM Mobile Phone White

if you want a phone that large fingers can use to text then this is it. its also a clam shell type phone which means you get a sized screen that you can see. most of the features are very good and it doesn't do the internet but you can send pictures via SMS. all in all a very good basic phone which does exactly what i want. battery life is amazing, i charge mine about once a week (not a heavy user) better then having a phone on charge every day all day. more then happy with it hope this helps someone ...

I have only just started using it but so far rather disappointed, the letters and numbers are white on a white background, this is extremely difficult to see and I have to move to the window to get any purchase on this, I will ask the seller if there is any possibility of changing to one where the letters are more easily visible

Got it today and it's a dud. Totally dead phone. Is refusing to charge or to switch on. Have contacted seller prior to returning the item - watch this space to see what happens.

Good product

Worked out of the box, buttons large and easy to understand, texting slow but accurate. The display was good and selection of icons covered most needs. Manual needs to be rewritten rather than a Google translation.I bought a second one for my wife - dead as a dodo, showed charging icon but otherwise a black screen. Read the manual and did a data reset, this worked and the phone woke up and performed normally. Not checked at factory was about to send it back as U/S

Basic phone for calls and messages not much good for anything else camera is rubbish but it’s ideal as a spare phone for emergencies to just chuck in ya bag or to save losing your good phone on a night out

Had this phone and it does not have Facebook on this its says it's got the app on but it does not

great phone does everything i want and easy to navigate as I am a 76yr old asnd only just coming to terms with this technology very good snd good vslue Thank you
