Is excellent quality & does the job

These aren't quite as nice as I expected.They haven't been finished off that well, so there are splinters, and the joinery isn't great, so they aren't higgledypiggledy, really, but they're just a bit rough and uneven-looking.It's possible the black ones look better because the black paint job would probably cover a lot of sins, but these look like (and feel) a little rough.I think they're made out of solid wood, but they're so lightweight I'm sort of wondering if it's wood-effect MDF or something. That's no matter, though, because the overall effect is the same, and when they're hung up with trinkets inside, the focus is more of the trinkets anyway.I just thought given they're £45, they'd be better quality. But you get 5 in the pack, which is excellent, and they do look nice on the wall together - just do be aware that they are very lightweight, so they won't hold a lot, and you need to be wary of splinters. A final sanding wouldn't have gone amiss.Lastly, you get all the fixings you need to attach them to the wall, so that's good, too. It sounds like I've complained about them a lot, so giving them 4 stars might seem over-generous, but they actually are nice, so they do deserve 4 stars - quibbles notwithstanding.

These are ok. Dont buy them expecting any named brand level of quality nor something you’ll treasure forever.I needed a selection of funky shaped display shelves for my son’s “One Piece” room decor. I was thinking geometric shapes of some sort - so these really fit that bill.Quality vs Value? They sell similar stuff at Range, IKEA and so on that would probably be better, but they do tend to be singles, I think the biggest pack I’ve seen was 3 small or two medium together… so the fact you get so many varying sizes at this price point is decent and certainly worked for my scenario.The material is literally stripwood glued together then spray painted black. It feels rough and it is, but then how often do you go fondling the wood grain of your shelving?They feel sturdy enough in terms of all the corners and angles meeting up ok, and the hangers were perfect for my scenario - all aligned correctly so I could measure out my layout with confidence.Packaging is probably better than the level of product actually is! Ensures they all arrived intact anyway. Be aware that ANY slight knocks, catching with a screwdriver or knocking on the wall will result in black marks on your walls or the paint on the shelf chipping straight off exposing pale wood beneath. I just coloured in with a sharpie as I went….In short - temper your expectations and get a half decent product that does look pretty decent and striking for a reasonable amount. If you want better, spend more money and head to JL, Imea or similar 👍👍

These shelves ate great they look so pretty

Using Hexagon Floating Shelves is very practical for me. Because of this, my plain and boring wall has now become interesting and nicer to look at. This is made of wood but is lightweight and fairly easy to install. I would advise to only put decorative items on these shelves which aren't heavy.The honeycomb shape design of these shelves will suit both traditional and modern homes. The beauty of this is that the shelves come in three different sizes, so you can create any wall display pattern combination to suit your requirements.Overall, a good-quality product that I am pleased with.
