Very accurate and easy to use. Different modes of measurements easy to change. Good quality material and large easy to read display. It is larger than most slim sized kitchen scales but I leave on top of my worktop and not stored in a drawer. That was my choice when ordering this item. I recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed.

Needed accurate scales that can weigh in single grams for baking etc.Who would have thought that would be such a difficult ask? Finally found theses scales that are perfect and having checked them with a 5g weight placed all over the weighing plate can confirm it weighs 5g where-ever it is placed (unlike my old scales that varied from 4g to 9g depending on placement!)I was initially disappointed as they felt a bit cheap when I unboxed them - but actually they are very sturdy, the removable plate is easy to clean (so far) - the cover over the buttons can be totally removed and the buttons themselves are nice and responsive and beep (beep can be turned off)The display is fantastic compared to my old Salter glass scales - very easy to read, nice big numbers, backlit if you want (can also be turned off)They look semi professional, bit big and clunky compared to fancy domestic kitchen scales - but these are definitely worth the 'sacrifice' in looks for accuracy.

I have searched for a decent set of kitchen scales for several years. When I first saw this one I thought it was very expensive for what I wanted it to do, so, of course, I bought a much cheaper one. In fact, I bought three cheaper ones, 2 Salters and an Ozeri. They were all annoying to use, often inaccurate, shut down in the middle of weighing when your hands were covered in flour where the only way to restart them was to take the battery out, replace it and turn it back on again. They also chewed through batteries at an alarming rate.You get what you pay for! So, I took the plunge and bought this one. It comes with a mains lead and batteries. It is simply brilliant. Absolutely accurate, easy to operate with a broad plate on top. I bake my own bread so the baker's percentage scale was simply a bonus. Please believe me. Don't mess around with others, buy this one. You will get your money back over time simply by not having to buy batteries so regularly.

Very pleased with my scales, easy to use and clean. Very accurate and functional. It’s lightweight and stores easily. Good readability.

Asked for, searched for, found, send and it arrived. All seemed easy, just a bit of festive wrapping but the cook said ... he would see it first ... he did, said "just what I wanted" and looked a bit put out as I took it away for the festive wrapping he can use it .... well after Dec 25th. But a success thanks!

Just brilliant in every way lol

They look a little flimsy / plasticky. but they are robust and last a long time. My last set lasted ten years and it was only someone dropping them which necessitated a replacement.I use calibration weights and these did not require calibration over the ten years I had them.I don't use the bakers % as I do the math in my head and I have yet to learn the skill of estimating 3% butter!They also read quickly and do not flicker back and forth. e.g. the display is steady.

For me this is one of those items I wish I had discovered a long time ago. I am useless when it comes to percentages which is obviously quite important for baking and cooking. I feed my cats raw meat and each type of meat has to be precise to ensure a balanced diet. These scales do all the thinking for me. However the reason I chose these was for the ability to turn off the auto off. It is almost impossible to find scales that don't have that option, and to be honest when I am trying to sort out ingredients the last thing I want to worry about is the scales turning off and have to start all over again. The option to use mains or batteries, is also a bonus. And of course accuracy is vital and so far they have been spot on with each use. So all in all, I am absolutely delighted I chose these scales.Aesthetically they are anything but chic, but at the end of the day performance is more important to me than looks. One minor thing that puzzles me is, they came with a few clear covers that are meant to go over the digital display, but there is no way to fix them to the display, they simply slide off. So I have resorted to using 2 tiny pieces of blu tack to hold them in place. Essentially the covers are a good idea as it keeps the display from collecting any dusty flour or residue off mucky fingers.
