Did not fit at all
Did not fit at all. Was about 1/2 inch shorter than I needed.

Holes for mounting to the fender did not align.
I did correct the missing enlarging one of the holes. The whole thing looks great and I Am satisfied.

Not well designed
Be prepared for fitment issues. I had to bend the tab for fitment. That was easier than slotting the mounting tab holes. Also the backrest was at an awkward angle.
