Awesome Set. Great Quality and Value. No Quality Issues/Missing Pieces
As a long time Lego fan, I decided to branch out and purchase this set. At around $23 at the time of purchase, it was a great value. I know that MegaBloks/Contrux sets had quality issues in the past, but this set was a drastic improvement from the sets I had experienced years ago (10+ years). The tolerances and fitment are spot on, and pieces give a nice snap and click when put into place. This build was very fun, with lots of pieces and no stickers. All the graphics are printed, and a majority of the pieces have a cool marbled color, which Mega definitely has going for it over Lego (stickers suck). This set has a lot of functionality and play features for kids, and the figures included are much more intricate than I expected. Overall, very impressed with the build quality and experience of this set. My only complaint is that there are often multiple colors of the same piece (ex: a marbled, black, and dark gray version of a 2x1 plate) to be used in different locations, where color does matter. Just be careful to verify which color you're supposed to be using in each step. Other than that, no missing pieces, and very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this unique set (nothing else on the market like it at the moment), and look forward to purchasing more from Mega.

Good parts to price ratio
You're definitely getting a good bargain for this set. The amount of pieces that's included is worth more than the price here, so that's the plus side. I'm taking off 1 star due to this flaw (and no, it's not for missing pieces or stuff that can easily be replaced by the manufacterer). The tires get their suspension from 6 rubber tubes that are connected above the wheels section. Those parts push the wheels down, so when you put the vehicle down, the wheels "goes up" but those rubber tubes are loose. They come off their connecting joints minutes to hours after attaching them. It has very little grip, so unless you hotglue it or something onto the plastic piece, it will always become loose and disconnect over time.

Good set, 1 problem.
The media could not be loaded. The seedy on its own is great, worth the 5 stars, but there's only one problem I have going on all the time when modeling the set. There's a rubber attachment on the wheels for its suspension but it's REALLY detachable due to the weight of the set. Going to super glue the ruber on to solve the problem. Aside of that the set is great.

Fatal flaw
Large Megaconstrux sets like this are incredibly tedious to assemble. Why do all of the pieces come in many individually wrapped bags if they don't correspond to a logical step in the build? It makes no sense. It's an interesting looking set, but there's a fatal flaw. The vehicle suspension system is made up of <1" sections of semi-rigid black tubing that connect (barely) to two small anchor points. The tubes pop off very easily, and also do not spring back if the vehicle is rolled.I suppose if you are building this to put on a shelf, you'll be fine. But if any child is playing with it, they'll have to retrofit with different wheels or an elastic band suspension system or you'd spend three hours building it and another three reattaching tiny black tubes.Stick with Lego sets.

2.5 rounded up to a 3 star rating
Biggest CON about this set is that it comes WITHOUT numbered packaging. You basically have to open up every package and there are 20+ and figure out where to start with step one in the direction booklet. Worked on it for several hours today and we aren't even half way done. The pieces also do not fit as well as brand name Legos do. Neat looking toy, but would not buy it again.

Was unbox when it arrived
it arrived in it's commercial packaging not in an Amazon pack although it was undamaged and all the parts were available I'm still disappointed that my husband knew exactly what it was instead of being able to open a box and find out a surprise

Piss poor instructions
If you can some how manage to understand the ass backwards instructions then this set is great! It gets a 1 star because of how poor the instructions are and how poor they illustration in the booklet are, I don't recommend this set at all because of the instructions.

Wish they had more of these
After getting this, I'd buy every single item in this space exploration series, if there were any. Very high quality set in materials, design, and customizability.Construction time is quite extensive, took several hours to complete. Some other reviewer pointed out that it would help to have numbered bags for each sub-assembly, but Lego has a patent for this (crazy, right?).Minor negative thing would be that rubber tubes used for suspension have to be reconnected occasionally, but not to often, and a little DYI fixed this).Overall, the set is fun to build, has high playability, and can even be a display piece due to high posability and detail.Extremely recommended!
