These Meno Menopause 60 bottle supplements with calcium and magnesium bone support too plus sage are quite large capsules but I find them okay to swallow with water, 2 a day for 30 days. They smell pleasantly of sage and have no aftertaste, it’s early days for me, but I’m hopeful they will help with my menopausal symptoms, especially hot flushes and achey bits that come with it. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.UPDATE: Having tried this capsules for a little longer now I’m sad to say they didn’t work for me and my hot flushes seem worse just lately, I’ve stopped taking them and the hot flushes have calmed down.
