Best thing ever for BBQ

Bought these because I liked the idea of being able to recharge using cable and not need to use batteries. Unfortunately what is not said is that it doesn’t ‘charge’…. has to be connected to the charger to run, which is not likely to be near a charger when using, especially as the charging cable is only about 12” long. Worthless. Works fine on batteries. Is relatively quiet and like that can be bent to different angles. Great for flies if use enough of them (comes with 3) and mosquitoes. Don’t know how effective on wasps/hornets. Assume not strong enough to deter them. Not aware yet how long batteries will last at this point. Only have used 1 time. Bought another set for a gift.

Very quiet and does a good job. Looks good, wouldn't think was for scaring away bugs. Like the option of being able to plug it in to save on batteries.

My friends and I were at a restaurant and we were having a fly issue so we asked for something to cover our food. The lady brought out one of these and I absolutely loved it so I went home and got on Amazon and found this set! This is a game changer because I love to eat or drink my coffee outside on my patio and I am tired of the flies, getting to my coffee in between sips. I can even walk back in the house and come out and no flies or anywhere near my coffee cup. I love that you can angle them in different ways so if you have a larger cup that doesn’t fit under it, you can tilt it so it doesn’t hit the cup and it still works!

I've only used one so far and it runs 24/7 by the cat feeding station. It has been running probably a month and still going strong. IDK if it actually repels flies but safe doesn't harm the cat.

Great fan for keeping flys away while eating outside. Love the flexibility of the shaft and the blades are not ones to cut or cause a mark if you stick your hand in the way. Looks good and stable design. Good quality product for the price.

These are NOT rechargeable. They only work if they are continuously plugged in or on AA batteries. There are much cheaper alternatives that run on batteries.

Although i bought these in July they have been an excellent fly deterrent i use them constantly. they are great when cooking or if your preparing food you switch these on and not one fly will come near the food. my only issue is and i have tried to have it resolved however cannot contact seller is that one of the plug in ports has broken away meaning it now only works by battery, also when i checked they are now over double the price i paid so i wont be returning them great little items,

I had an idea to get rid of flies and the frustration they cause. Then I saw this fan and decided to try it today. Honestly, these little fans work great on our outdoor dining table — the flies stay away, and it’s so quiet that we almost forget it’s even there.
