Excellent starter
I bought this gluten free sourdough starter for my first ever attempt at making sourdough. The product itself has worked brilliantly, with 2 active, healthy starters ready for baking on day 3.However, Amazon in their wisdom applied a label to the QR code on the product, which needed to be scanned for the instructions, as there are no instructions written on the packet itself. Fortunately I was able to track down the instructions on the Freshly Fermented website to find out how to do the initial activation feeds.BUT despite selecting the instructions for the GF sourdough starter the resulting page link is somewhat generic and not specifically written for the gluten free starter, which as a complete beginner wasn't the most helpful in working out what to do once the starter was activated. Luckily I had someone on hand who had more experience.Photo is of one half of the day 3 starter after it's ready to bake feed.
