Love these. I’m not a huge fan of some of the chemicals and sugar in them, but when you don’t drink the water you need to keep hydrated you’ve already compromised your health. These are perfect for rehydrating on hikes, hot summer days, or when sick (I use these as an adult and will continue to). Their taste is ok - better than other hydration packets in my not-so-humble opinion. They work.

Portability is great and I can add as much or as little as I want.

Taste great dissolve quickly

I bought these for keeping in the car or in our emergency bags but around the time they came I ended up getting the flu which resulted in a few days of loosing lots of fluids. I ended up using a few of these and considering what they are, they taste great and seem to help with hydration as intended. I've bought more since then.

Must have with toddlers who end up with fevers. Kids (2&4) love all the flavors and even ask for it when they aren’t sick! Dissolves quickly in water. Great price & love how you can get same day delivery, especially when kiddos wake up in middle of night with fever!

We use this as part of proper rehydration when he gets dehydrated, which has very adverse effects medically so we find that these are especially handy to keep one in my purse, and toiletries bag when traveling, the gym bag, car etc. they are quickly reconstituted by adding to a water bottle or other liquid, taste is pleasant. I don’t go anywhere without one. They have been a lifesaver in my family. Will probably order the bigger pack next time!

Definitely kept my family from being dehydrated during sick season. Will be repurchasing again.
