Love this grain!
I love the texture and taste in a sweet grain bowl with nuts, berries, cinnamon, and agave. Delicious as a breakfast bowl or as a dessert.

I had never tried this grain before but was looking to step up my bowl gain. And wow. The buttery flavor is so good but just subtle enough to take away from any other ingredients. I am big on texture and this has the most wonderful texture to me. Firm but soft, and kind of pops similar to a pea. Will buy again and will buy again from this company. Such quality

Good, healthy product
Very hearty and if you are going to have an intake of wheat - this would be the safest bet. These older grains are far less full of gluten than our inundated wheat today. Good, healthy product!
