The product is fine. The attachment instructions are not complete, one more thing should be added. You can not "just flip the latches". You must push the center of the suction cup/grip inward at the same time you "just flip the latch". If you try to "just flip" you will need need strong tools to leverage the latches and the latches will most likely break off. Illustration number one is deceptive because it leaves out any graphic/picture of how to open the latches the first time before attachment. The long list of "cautions", written in red, are just common sense.

Update to 4 stars, seller provided good customer service and sent the missing grab bar to complete full order……Product seems to work good, as expected; however only received one grab bar in the box, not 2 as shown or stated. Have tried to contact seller and no response. Would have given higher rating if received full order.

I purchased these grab bars to keep my refrigerator doors closed on my side by side RV fridge and so far they have held the doors shut and am very pleased with them. I highly recommend them for when traveling and you do not want your fridge doors to open. Easy to use and great suction as well so far.

Appears sturdy, good suction. Product has been up for about 2 weeks without any loose of suction. The unit could be a little longer.

Great portable safety item when traveling to spots without safety equipment.

My spouse had joint surgery and they needed a quick fix to help with their stability. These hand grabs worked great in the shower stall. I give them a hard tug every day they are needed. No issues of coming off when they are needed most. I am impressed.

These are the perfect solution to floating away while lying in the lounge seat of the hot tub. I am shorter so now I have a handle to hold. 😆
