Wizzes, froths and warms mile up in no time - the full froth makes a good latte and as it heats it, it means the coffee says hot.It makes a mug of hot chocolate - as the froth uses quite a lot of volume I do reduce the milk for the partial froth I use for my hot chocolate so I would like it a bit bigger but it is so compact and effective this might remove some of its advantage.The frother is in the bottom of the milk warmer, its easy to remove so its easy to clean - although you can't remove the inside so it does need hand cleaning although its very quick and easy and I am not sure what the alternative would be.It looks very stylish and clean and comes with a spare frother which is great. I had a problem with the heater on my first purchase but that was quickly rectified with no qualms - and I was always told you can tell a good provider by the way they deal with problems and they get full starts for that as well!! Would recommend to anyone who likes froth, style and good service!!

I purchased this on 18th July, and although it produces great milk foam it broke within a month. Very disappointing. I thought it was the fuse, as heard a 'crack' sound. I changed the fuse and it still did not function, despite following to letter care instructions. Be aware this might not be a robust item after time. *Update* excellent customer service as I was sent a replacement, much appreciated :) However, I won't give this 5 star though as it is 1) difficult to clean, the milk 'burns' at the bottom 2) sometimes it randomly 'refuses' to froth properly, no idea why..but overall it is a satisfactory purchase..

This product overheated in my home and nearly caused an electrical fire.I started to smell what I would describe as an intense electrical burning. I didn't know what was causing it and I eventually discovered it was this frother. You can see from the photos it got so hot that it melted in the middle.When I contacted the company and requested a refund they refused but would nonetheless supply a replacement. I don't trust the product but have no other choice but to accept. If you live in a household with loved ones, would you want to trust this? It would be reasonable to assume that most people wouldn't if you end up purchasing this over one of their competitors.

Milk frother works well for a small kitchen, easy to use and cleans well with quick frothing to an ideal temperature for my use case. The base has a slightly short lead but this suits my kitchenOriginal one lasted 2 weeks and then had a short when it was in its base when not in use (thankfully just a few sparks). Manufacturer were extremely quick to respond to the RMA and had a new one in hand within 3 days without even needing to return the old one hence the positive review. Replacement has been working perfectly ever since, hopefully for good!Tldr: Good device if a bit hit and miss on reliability which is made up for by a quick and easy RMA process. Worth the risk for the low price!

The milk frother does exactly what it is designed to do and looks great too. After a few short months it unfortunately failed and we had to contact the manufacturer through Amazon for support. With minimal, but very supportive and friendly, communication a replacement frother was delivered less than a week after first contact. Whilst not expected, failure does occur from time to time and it is the response by the retailer and manufacturer that determines if this is an experience that puts you off the product or not. I can 100% confirm that I would buy the product again and cannot praise Paris Rhones customer support enough, thank you Sicily!

Nice fluffy foam and good temperature.Non sticky, easy to clean, nice item very pleased overall.

Hi I have bought two of these .They both worked great at first ,the milk froth was fantastic ,however the first broke after a few months so I bought another .The same happened again after two monthx I followed the instructions and kept the base dry so very disappointed
