I had a pretty nasty scar on my knee from a bike accident, and started using this serum for a few weeks now. I'm happy to say that the scar is significantly less visible than it was before. The cream has a nice, lightweight texture that's easy to apply, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. I'm really impressed with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a scar cream that actually works.

This Motivo Scar Care Roller Serum comes in a nice glass bottle. The roller application feels really nice, and can help with masaging the scar. I found that it needed a bit of time to dry.It has some good skin care ingredients for reducing and lightening scars like arnica, collodial silver, niacinamide and allantoin (see photo). For silicone, it has amodimethicone. I'm not sure how this compares to dimethicone which is the type of silicone in the product my plastic surgeon recommended when my scar was new and seems to be the most researched for scars. This product doesn't have SPF like that one does, but I actually would prefer to use my own reef safe sunscreen.I think this is pricey for the small bottle, but it may be worth it if you are looking for a scar treatment without added sunscreen.

It doesn't really have any smell to it. I do like the feeling when rolling over my scars, it's soothing. I have been putting it on a few times a day. It's not messy thankfully and rolls on nicely. I think it might take a few rolls to go through to really see a difference in my scars but it's definitely soothing.
