You can use just the noise, or the buzz, or the shock. Our 4 year old Pit Mix learned quick when the beeping starts not to keep barking. For the longest time he would bark at a leaf blowing across the yard, or my personal favorite his shadow. We only use the Beeping and the Buzz for him. I have not had to use the shock. But it is there if you need it. It is not a high voltage shock. I tested mine out before putting it on dog.

I have to dogs that broke multiple collars and didn’t care about the shock or noise. But with this collar they have never been shocked. The vibrations does the trick for them. Amazing quality for a killer price

The collar works okay and the dogs really hate hearing the loud beep when they bark. The bad thing is when you hold the power button to turn off the collar it makes the same loud beep which is counterproductive to training.

Lo único malo que nos pasó es que el botón de encendido y apagado dejó de funcionar (es un defecto de fabrica), puede que sea mala suerte para nosotros. Pero en general si recomiendo el collar, nos ha cambiado el estilo de vida porque nuestro perro ladraba mucho mientras viajamos en nuestro auto. El perro le ladraba a otros perros que estaban fuera del auto. Con el collar puesto, el perro aprendió a que no debe ladrar o de lo contrario va a recibir una vibración que no le agrada. Con ese principio de funcionamiento el perro cambia de actitud a una mas adecuada para nosotros.

I got this to help at night. I have 3 miniature schnauzers and one barks when I put him in his crate and then as soon as he here’s anyone make any noise in the am. His bark is a very high pitched bark that the collar doesn’t seem to recognize at all. This product was a waste of money for me.

I have eight dogs and as you can imagine it gets a little bit noisy in here at times.I definitely needed something to help with the noise level.I got this bark collar for the fact that it is automatic and I do not have to be there to control the buttons.This has vibrate, beep and shock. The color will vibrate as a warning when your dog is barking. If that does not stop them, then it will beep. It beeps several times as a warning. Then as a final result, it will give a shock to your dog.The shock, even on the highest setting, is not horrible. I did test it out and it did not feel worse than a bee sting.However, my dogs learn very quickly and the automatic vibrate and beeps are enough.The only downside I have found so far is that with all of the dogs barking, it can set off the collar and the dog wearing it may be punished for not doing anything if another dog is barking.I'm not sure how to fix that as it said that it recognizes your own dog's bark and will not react to others but unless all of mine sound apparently the same, that is not true.Otherwise, I do recommend it. It helps a lot.It is very easy to charge and the charge does last a while or according to how often your dog is barking.They do learn quickly and the house is much quieter.
