Can I check the battery level in the app?

Yes once inside the app you can see the battery level of the mart lock, I've had mine installed for about 7 months now and battery level is on 70 percent

My door has one small frontal hole from the old vertical knob, this new knob requires a larger hole but how many centimetres should it be?

I cut a 32mm hole for mine. As long as the edges have area clear to effectively clamp it, it will be fine. It is held in place with the 2 screws that fit from front to back

If I'm not at home can I send someone who is at home a OTP to go into my room?

Hello, we can only choose to take fingerprints for your family and do not support remote unlocking. Our single handle Bluetooth smart door lock has a built-in Bluetooth 5.0 module, and can be controlled within a distance of 10 meters after successful connection through mobile phone

How long does the batteries last.

I’ve had mine since April and battery percentage is still at 69%
