Excellent after sales service.
I got these for the gate to my house and I liked that there was a picture of the back of the fob showing specification which I was able to check with my old one.When they arrived there was written instructions and a QR code for a YouTube link. I wasn’t able to get them programmed but the supplier responded very quickly to my email with an alternative video instruction to follow and if that didn’t work then they would refund my order.The new instructions did work. I was very pleased with the after sales service from this company.

Don’t work
I ordered 10 remotes, I’m a professional gate automation installer for 23yrs and my customer had a budget so I bought theseAfter 45mins I gave up, made in china!!!!You get what you pay for

Great back up
Had difficulty to synchronise with my existing CAME key so sent an e-mail asking for help. Overnight reply with clear instructions and a short video.Key now works. Excellent customer service

Pairing the fobs
After reading reviews was a little concerned I had wasted my money . Fobs turned up & using the written instructions set about programming new fobs to existing - both worked straight away which surprised me as other reviews say they are not easy to pair .

Hard to programme
These remotes can be very hard to programme and the video was not very helpful! Got one programmed but still working on the second one!
