Pirates: Culture and Style from the 15th Century to the Present

The condition this book arrived in was deplorable. Damage at the top of the spine/binder/cover. Puncture at the bottom page. All due to shoddy shipping package. Should have used a box, not a flimsy bubble mailer. Get it together!!

Large format, coffee table art-type book, mainly pictures -- old art, fashion photo shots, advertisements, movie stills , cartoons, all kinds of pirate-inspired images. A few well written essays are inserted, but provide little information on the subject matter, and nothing serious. Fun to flip though, but not a serious work, and certainly not worth the asking price. I got mine real cheap a cut-out store
