Plastic plate
Robust plastic plate that does exactly what it says. Bought for daughter to keep on track with her healthy eating and it was well received. A little over priced for a plastic plate I thought. Presentation packaging could be better if you're buying this for a gift.

I was a bit disappointed with the feel of the plastic as "Melamine plastic" ...
The plate is as described and how it looks, I was a bit disappointed with the feel of the plastic as "Melamine plastic" doesn't really mean a lot to me as a Customer, it feels a bit cheap if I'm honest - If you know what "Melamine plastic" is then you know what you're getting, if you don't mind that then, fair enough.But, I'm also not used to using plastic as a plate so it could be down to that.I do like the various suggestions on the plate itself as to what to include on the plate for meals and it is well designed that way.I'm happy with my purchase, just wish it "felt better".I can't give this 5 stars based on my own personal experience, but I don't "Love it" and I do "Like it", so...

I'm happy with my purchase!
Love this! It gives me an idea on how much to eat. I was afraid it would be small portions but because the plate is big the portions are just right. I don't end up starving and then binge eating. I love that it gives you different ideas to eat and it gives you great food combinations. The plate is durable and easy to clean.
