Please note I had previously given a positive review with zero details regarding the issues I've had with this order. I don't like leaving a review like this but the seller's lack of response, have left me no option.First the scooter- it's excellent. Folds down in seconds, powerful and suitable for everyone, not just the elderly (I'm in my 40's). I can't fault the scooter.However, there is no safety data sheet provided which means you need to buy another battery which can provide this, if you want to take this on an airplane.With regards to this seller - I've given up. Initially the scooter arrived with a crack on the front foot hold and scrapes elsewhere. All because it wasn't packaged well enough and surfaces rubbed off each other. Again, a pity. I complained and got a slight reduction in price. My main gripe is, it will cost an addional £100ish for another battery which provides a safety data sheet. Without this, it's useless for air travel and I'm back to being pushed in a wheelchair.I have emailed five times regarding this and have been sent a corrupt file which doesn't open. Since then......nothing. I've had to report this seller due to this.There were scant instructions in Chinese and with a bit of common sense, assistance and Google translate, you can work around it.Do yourself a favour look and look elsewhere for this scooter. Check for the safety data sheet if you are going to take this abroad as well.It is an excellent little scooter though.

This arrived around the time estimated, the batteries arrived first. They supplied instructions on how to fit the batteries which proved quite straight forward. It is a very smooth ride has a brilliant turning circle I manage to maneuver through swing bar entrance to lane easily. Yet to see how long batteries last but so far have walked dogs a few times and first bar has not gone out so looks like it will go the full 18 miles approx easily. Overall this is a super scooter very happy with my purchase.

Battery pack arrived yesterday 3/8/23 and scooter arrived tis afternoon 4/8/23 but wasn't any English instructions, on how to put it together, so I sat down and figured it out for myself. Charger took a little bit of figuring out too. Not that bad for lifting does need two people to lift it, unless you have long arms.. Overall not bad for the price. Anyone know how to stop the driving column from coming loose?

Well it arrived and was far heavier than advertised. The handle/clip wouldn’t unlock to fold the handle bars down but once down there’s no where to lock for the handles should you strong enough to lift the scooter. Then to top it all there was no battery (it finally arrived two weeks later). I tried to return the scooter only to be told it would cost me further three hundred plus pounds which seller didn’t off any assistance I’m now left with £870 worth (or supposedly worth) of mobility scooter that’s no used if anyone out there wants to save money contact me if you want a heavy un clip able mobility scooter - very very disgruntled customer

Battery arrives day before scooterEasy to assemble, exactly as shown in picture, only downside is all instructions in Chinese as with the dials on the scooter but easy to figure outFits in boot perfectly and can be done by 1 person100% happy with this purchase

WEIGHTS MORE THAN 20KLS INSTITUTIONS ARE IN CHINESE .I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO BUY THIS SCOOTER VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DIGUSTED.trying to return this scooter is a nightmare it's worse than drawing teeth.And they expect you to pay the bloody postage .😡😡.Amazon needs to take them off their sight.😡😡

The battery arrived far before the scooter however it isn’t clear how to install it (if it comes separate you need to unscrew the black box that contains the battery within to install). However it works as advertised.

This product looks nice but all instructions are in Chinese ,I’m a pensioner and have no hope of working this thing out don’t buy one.
