Davidson's Tea Bulk, Gunpowder Green, 1-Pound Bag

It is not the best green tea but it'll do. The taste wasn't as great as usual and it came almost in a powder form because it did not retain its original shape.

Started using this brand about 2 months ago for making ice tea. Always make 37 oz at a time using 2 infusers with a Mr Coffee machine. That's the 8 cup marking on the carafe.I fill the two infusers about half way, that's 3 teaspoons each, let it go through the cycle and wait about a few minutes before removing the infusers. Makes a very nice ice tea. Have not tried making it any stronger yet, but I think next time I'll reduce the water to 6 or 7 cups.

WARNING! DETAILED REVIEW:To be honest I had to look up on YouTube of how long you should brew tea for. They said you should not brew this type of tea for more than 2 minutes or it will be bitter. The first time I done it. I put two big spoons and it was so bitter 😂🥲🥲I tried again the second time and it was good with some honey. It also surprisingly relaxing and calming which I like. So if you don’t like the bitter taste. Just put one teaspoon and a 1/4 of a teapoon. With the amount of water you need. I recommend the honey because it makes it more sweet.What I don’t like, the reason I had put four stars, just like the other reviewers I see like some branches in it or sticks. I do recommend washing the leaves because I just feel like they just scoop it without throughly cleaning it.

Where has this Davidson's Organic Gunpowder Green tea been my whole life!? I've been eyeing this brand for over a year now, and recently decided to buy a bag of the Ayurvedic sleepy time tea, and the Gunpowder green tea. Let me tell you something, I lost 7.2 lbs in ONE week drinking this Gunpowder green tea! I do intermittent fasting for fat loss and had been in a stall. I drank 3 cups daily for one week, and lost a pound per day! This stuff works! Not only does it rev my metabolism, but it accelerates fat loss like nobody's business. I use a smart scale that measures weight, body fat percentage, bmi, etc and the results clearly speak for themselves. I'm definitely ordering another bag well in advance. Also the bags are huge! You get a lot of tea for 1 lb. The zip lock bag is so simple to reseal, and keeps the tea super fresh. The taste and smell are great. I add one teaspoon to my glass tea tube and let it sit for 5 minutes. I don't add any sweetener. It's perfect just how it is. I HIGHLY recommend.

I make big pot of tee . Then cool in a fridge. Take a bottle with me to work . Taste good .
