50 / 50
Why 50 / 50? Becaused only half of the tales appear genuine. Call me a cynic but if a witness starts their story by saying they have the "gift" then it is a fair bet they are a swivel-eyed loony. So why four stars? Because the normal sounding witnesses provide credibility and that made the book worth reading.

Entertaining True Ghost Stories
Here's another collection of 50 ghost stories by MJ Wayland. There's the story of the house ghost named Fred who was an asset to the young couple in residence. Then there's the alarm clock that vanished in thin air. There are also tales of road ghosts and ghosts in the woods. Don't miss the "Ghosts of Hangman's Hill, Epping Forest." If you like ghost stories, you'll enjoy this collection.

This is a good book but it is not long enough
This is a good book but it is not long enough. I personally don't believe in the after life but I like to read about it.

Spooky
Not well written but I sure had some creepy moments where I was too scared to turn out the lights!

Good for a late night reading session
It's a pretty good book as far as ghost stories go. I like ghost stories when the house is quiet and everyone else has gone to sleep; I'd recommend it to a friend.

Great stories!!!
The stories are really good and can get you really scare. It's great to read on a rainy day or nothing else to do around the house.

Interesting, Not Gripping
As a real life Medium from birth, now 76, l bought this to find like minds of experience. Each story is different, a one off, the editing is poor, self published via Amazon l think. This person isn't psychic, just wishes that they were. Nothing really gripped me as unseen before, most tales are like mini legends, and only one or two ring true. I know the sentence l need to read that proves someone has experienced, and nine times out of ten, it isn't said. Nice try though.

Great read
Enjoyed this book as much as book 1. I really hope this author keeps on researching and writing! If you’re looking for a collection of tales told by the people who experienced these incidents, then this is the book for you.

Not bad I suppose, not really me though
I actually found this book pretty boring. It might have been me rather than the book though, I’m prepared to own up to that but, this constant documentary style it just bored me. I really don’t care what ‘MJ Wayland writes’ about ghosts. I just want to know who saw what not who writes about what. Some of the wording could use some editing. Too much information in some of the accounts. We really do not need to know about toiletry needs. Some of the accounts could have been made shorter.

Boring
I loved the first book! This one is rather boring. Same stories different names. It always starts with “we moved into our new home…” okay get it but so boring.

A great collection of short stories and thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. If you don't already have this one then buy it. Makes a great gift for those who are interested in ghosts.
