TombowMono Drawing Pencil Set, Black, 7 Piece Set

Nearly as smooth as an oil based coloured pencil, lovely near black mark makers, exceptional cores housed in functional good looked barrels. They take a fine point and lay down excellently on all kinds of paper. The mono eraser is excellent and lifts the marks accurately.They are very similar to Mitsubishi Hi-Uni, slightly darker and smoother, the primary difference is that with a light stroke these remain dark whereas the Hi-Uni lighten in value. Both are exceptional pencils and preference will come down to individuality.In comparison to something more common like Staedtler Mars Lumograph, there is no comparison really, it's like comparing a school pencil with a premium art product, where the Steadtler's are the school pencils - they are hard and lay down scratchy silver lines.

As an artist I'v used so many different art supplies over the years. These are some of the best I have used. They feel very nice in the hand (they have a nice glossy coating on them) and the lead quality is excellent. Would happily recommend these.

These are top quality pencils and I'm really glad I bought them. I definitely noticed an improvement in my sketches when using Tombow pencils.

The value for money is great they look and feel great. They sharpen well and havent broken. They work well with my sketching and have a wide range of tones eg H-6B (i think). The rubber is good, its a little weak and the end might break of when rubbing but you can click out more rubber.

Silky smooth graphite.

I'm very impressed, for the cost in comparison with Faber Castell and Caran D'Ache, the tone definition was much better, they were able to achieve a deeper black, which is always an issue, without losing the ability to blend easily. I'd definitely continue to use these rather than the other makes.I like the fact that they are unsharpened when they arrive meaning they are less likely to be broken in transit and the eraser, which I though would be really soft is actually perfect for very detailed work. I'm more pleased with the end result using this set than I was using a Faber Castel set which was 4 times the cost and didn't include the eraser.

I did not want to splurge hundreds of dollars (or so it feels like) on my younger brothers newfound hobby of drawing. I bought him this pencil set, and since then he has developed the fundamentals needed to learn how to draw properly. Unlike most cheaper pencil sets, this one is actually usable! I highly recommend this to any parents/sibling trying to help out their younger one get into drawing.

The media could not be loaded. Excelente. Pouco brilho e bom nível de preto no 6b, além de um bom intervalo entre o 2h e o 6b. Madeira macia para apontar com o estilete também. A borracha complementa bem um limpa tipo.

Nothing wrong with the product but the handler failed to include taxes in their pricing. Good to know if you are buying from EU. They didn't try to rectify their misstake either.
