Fantastic taste and when mixed right it tastes exactly like a strawberry milkshake. I mix about 6 ice cubes with about 6 ounces of water and blend a little. Then I add the powder and blend for about 1 minute. Do not add too much water. You can always add a little at a time if it is too thick. The ice gives it the texture of a milkshake. Occasionally I will add half a scoop of protein powder for a super protein shake.

I been taking this for a long time could not find for a while but now its back, has a great taste and works ,I mix mine with 10 - 12 oz of orange juice and 4 to 5 frozen strawberries in blender .Taste great and its also the way they make them at our gym.

Older version had lighter color/flakier powder, new one is darker pink with more pebble like powder. Both taste great, just a tiny difference. I use the bullet blender using frozen strawberries and almond milk. Throw in a palm full of raw almonds for healthy fat to stack those macros. Clean eating at its finest. I use this once a day as a meal supplement. I’ve been using Myoplex since the 90’s. I had stocked up just in case and had several of the older packets left. Amazon notified me it was available again. If you can afford it best to stock up. Price is higher now but everything is nowadays. Enjoy and may you all live healthy happy lives!

I like how the packets say “original myoplex “ not “ the original myoplex” Because there’s no chance this is the original formula this one’s OK but the strawberrie a little too bright of color seems strange and a little too sweet and not as thick as the original myoPlex packet construction are cheap as well. I understand you need to cut some costs. The box that comes in is like super flimsy too

Good stuff. Buy the strawberry and mix in frozen fruit. An excellent meal replacement.

It is quick easy to make the shake after a workout. It's tasty and filling.

The strawberry had a horrible aftertaste.
