Q: Where are these made?

The carboy carrier straps are made in the USA.

Q: Will it fit the 6.5 gallon big mouth bubbler?

The straps should be flexible enough. Is this bubbler thing the same diameter as a typical 5 gallon carboy (or at least, pretty close)? I have found the thing helpful.

Q: Will these allow you to carry with one hand for a 5 gallon glass container? Are the strap handles long enough to come together at the top for 5 gallon

No, this is a two handed carry style.

Q: I have a full carboy in my fridge for my first attempt at making a lager. Can I get this on the carboy in the fridge - no sloshing?

I suppose, if you are careful. You could tip it to one side, slide it underneath then tip it the other way. Even if it sloshes, it will settle in a couple days. I smack the sides of my big mouth carboys while in the secondaries, to pack the sediment down.
