Doesn't work, driver wouldn't download
Not working with POS 19.0, I try the website on the booklet , its not uploading. I live in the Caribbean and returning items is not easy. I send a question in about product, I got no respond for over a week now. I don't recommend this product.

Budget Hardware for Small Businesses
This is a solid little printer that can't match the quality of professional hardware (aka. established brands and products). But that is fine. It does the job and with a some knowledge on hard and software this will work. These are primarily used for point of sale applications (which I will not abbreviate, because it will get this review rejected), which means a place that it selling a product. This can be a food truck, restaurant, retailers, repair shops. Closed systems with their hardware attached can often be expensive. I haven't figured out if it works with very basic printer commands and generic drivers, but it works with the drivers provided. It's not complicated. A cheapo laptop running open source point of sale software attached to this printer can do the job at the fraction of the cost of what a package will cost. On the downside: No support. When it comes to this thermal receipt printer, the setup process is straightforward and hassle-free. The software, while a bit old-fashioned, gets the job done. It has a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of earlier Windows versions. Setting it up is not as intuitive as configuring an office printer, but it shouldn't take more than ten minutes. In terms of quality, it meets expectations. One great feature is its ability to be wall-mounted, which is convenient. However, there is a minor issue I noticed: the labels for the buttons are upside down when it's wall-mounted. While not a major problem, it is a small detail that bothers me.It's important to note that this printer has limitations due to its specific media requirements. If you're not comfortable with managing character count, adjusting border and line spacing, and optimizing black and white bitmap images, you might find it more beneficial to invest in a ready-to-use system priced at $500 or higher.Overall, considering its ease of setup and satisfactory quality, this thermal receipt printer is a decent option for those who are willing to work within its limitations. I hope my review helps you make an informed decision.

Decent Printer
This is a nice little printer for sure. It does the job. However, just being honest, I had an extremely hard time getting it to print. I don't have a fancy laptop or anything, just a basic HP with windows 10, and it took me a lot of work. However, I believe that is because mine didn't come with a user manual or any instructions at all, and I could not find it online at all. So I had to wing it. I also couldnt ever get it to print the correct sizing. Plus, what I print looks so much different than what it was supposed to be.However, I am sure with the manual, it wouldnt be difficult. And it definitely would do the job for small tasks.

Great quality, setup was a hassle
NetumScan 80mm POS Receipt Printer 300mm/s USB Thermal Receipt Printer with Auto Cutter Cash Drawer, USB Ethernet Interface, Support Windows/Mac/Linux, Restaurant Kitchen Printer for ESC/POSI had problems installing this on my mac so I opted to use it on my windows instead. While the print quality is nice it took me some time to figure out how to adjust the specs in order to print what I wanted. The quality is good, the setup is a bit of a hassle.

Printer seems good but the driver install was problematic. Seller worked with me to resolve.
I was very excited to receive this printer. I was planning to use it as a cash receipt printer for my business. For clarity, I am using a MAC computer. This printer says "Support Windows/Mac/Linux." I read the entire instruction book, dowloaded the driver from the website which is a bit sketchy. You enter the address exactly as it is written in the instructions and when you go, the file immediately download. You never see a website at all. I installed the printer driver and set it up. So far everything was good. But when I try to print, I get something entirely different than what I was printing. Regardless of what I print, I get the same, very long printout that looks to me like it is the printer driver to me. After about 6 messages back and forth we finally figured out how to solve the problem. The installer defaults to a different printer and you have to manually select the correct printer before proceeding with the install. I'm sure this could have been resolved quickly if the seller and I both spoke a common language. I'm sympathetic, I don't speak Chinese and I'm sure English is tough for them. I must compliment the seller on their commitment to working through the problem. There was a gap of a few days in communication because I had to order some paper before I could continue working on the problem. The seller checked back with me to ask me to again to respond. After resolving the driver issue, I'm pretty happy with the printer. I have just a couple of additional comments. First, the description says it the printer has an an auto cutter that prevents the receipt from falling to the ground after printing. IF there is an automatic cutter in the printer, I don't know how to make it work. The printer has a tear strip at the top where the paper exits and as far as I've been able to figure out, that's the only cutter. Secondly, I still am disappointed in the driver download and install process. That experience is sub-par. As far the printer goes, I think it's going to work out just fine for me but it hasn't been easy.
