There are at least three things that make this TV backlight better than many, I know because I tried a few different ones.First this has real dedicated white LED's best for boost in contrast and less eye strain. Warm white to Cool White you choose plus all the other colorsSecond it memorizes your settings after you turn TV off and back on, it also memorizes ALL settings how dim or bright for all colors you have used but for me the most important is that I use cool white 95 percent of the time and it always memorizes that so I don't have to mess with this LED strip remote everytime I turn on TV. The others I tried always default to orange color every time I turned tv off and back on, very much thankfull this one remembers my last used setting, I can't overstate how important memory is for me and probably you.Third the remote works even if the USB dongle controller is completely behind your TV and out of sight the remote still works. All the other LED strips I bought at local store if the dongle controller was behind the TV the remote would not work. This one works not matter where you put it!This comes as one long piece with thin wire for the corners it's all put together not individual pieces. You need to map out where your going to place the led strip before you remove the tape cover. Do that and peel off the tape cover slowly as you install and you will have no issues it's fairly easy just don't pull off the tape cover until it's time to stick that part of strip to your TV.Overall it's great Highly Recommend

Supplier shipped an open box unit (probably returned by somebody else) and the unit didnt work.Then I tried to return it (not even a month later) and the supplier didnt accept the return.WARNING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER

I think a few more inches could be added to make it fit my 65in tv. Two corners are a bit darker for my liking.Update. Only the green works at the top after 2mos. The pic with red is supposed to be all yellow.

It’s an enhancement that just adds a layer of fun to my TV. They’re easy to install and fun to change colors to fit your mood.The yellow/orange lights are mixed with green so if you’re into the warmer colors, I would pick a different product.I don't think the sound feature works, but I’m okay with itThe corner adhesive pieces are trash and popped off almost immediately, but the rest adhered fine.Remote works great and I would say the app is okay -I would like if I had more control over the transitions (like making them more gradual instead of a jolting change in color.) I do like the range of color options in the app though.

This creates a mice cozy lighting behind your tv and is so easy to install. Can change to color of the lights too!

These lights were super easy to install and look great in my living room!

Worked great for about 5 months and now works about 30% of the time and the blue lights don’t work at all
