These replacement temples will not help the sore spot on your nose. They are nothing but a thin rubber cover for the earpiece

They are silicone and should easily fit on your glasses. Heat slightly in hot water first!

Well these fit Oakley airdrops? My ear socks are torn and one fell off already.

I don't think they will fit but it depends on the size of the temples o your Oakleys. The replacement temples slide over temples--and the OPUGIT "replace" that part of the temple that is over the ear and extend TOWARD the glasses. They will not reach all the way in order to replace an entire temple. So they slide over my 1mm wire temples to keep my glasses from sliding down on my nose. I hope this helps.
