First time thru with a wire it kept rolling out from under the blade until I figured out I had the blade to tight or to close to the wire. Once I figured that out and backed the blade off just so it cut thru the insulation, then it worked perfect. Saves so much time stripping insulation from wiring and copper is such a good price right now to recycle.

Works much better than expected.We mounted on a metal stand with wheels, so it is sturdy and can moved anywhere in the garage

I ordered the same part twice and each were different. The first one was made from aluminum bar stock and was very rigid and easy to adjust. We liked so much we ordered a second one using the same link.The second order used aluminum castings and was of a lower quality. Hard to adjust, the cutting wheel has too much play allowing the wire to strip only 90% of the way, the hole feed guides were different (smaller) and the mounting hole pattern was different. Would not order this version again.

It works but it’s hard to handle

Doesn't work with welding cable and if you are trying to strip 6 ga. or less it won't keep it in the track very well.
