I needed a paring knife and would have given it 5 stars had it been made with a full tang, which was how it was pictured. Not so, but still good enough to keep. Fits in my hand well.

I purchased two 4” utility knives int Dec. of 2016 and received excellent knives. This knife is not the same quality. The materials themselves are as expected, but the scales were not smoothed at the top, such that the tang of the blade is recessed instead of sitting flush and this will become uncomfortable during use. The blade edge also has a significant burr on the forward 1/3. If I couldn’t fix these issues myself, I’d return it, as this is not the only Arcos knife I’ve purchased recently with these problems. Properly made, these knives are an excellent value, but in the future, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my knives.

Oramai mi sto appassionando sempre di più alla coltelleria targata Arcos.Il prodotto è arrivato con un tempismo disarmante:meno di ventiquattr'ore tra completamento dell'ordine e arrivo del corriere.Il coltello è una spelucchino per frutta e verdura(soprattutto per verdura;taglia la lattuga come burro) a lama diritta e ben affilata.Il manico è in polipropilene.Il còdolo è fissato al manico con 6 rivetti.La lunghezza della lama ammonta a 9.5 cm
